Hi, I'm a new comer. :)
As game designer point of view, I think there are some new things.
1) Game Concept = Real building
The game realized the real Chernobyl nuclear power plant as full size.
Therefore, player can investigate the historical world-famous place without bio hazard. :)
In the racing games, there are real circuits but for FPS, I've never seen it before.
2) Architecture = Story
The most of 3D game's architecture is just one object. It looks realistic...that's all.
In this game, the time setting is AD 2012.
However, it seems future Chernobyl is nothing change at present.
It means player can notice that the government has left the Chernobyl because it's still dangerous building.
Thus, the architecture also can be support the game story and the game universe deeply without any explanation.
