It is a clip from a TV show shown 2 or 3 times a year here in Japan, where normal people think up creative skits like these to emulate real (or virtual) things. Some of the skits are truly innovative and the program is amazing to watch. At the end of each skit, they are scored by a panel of judges, for cash prizes. I think this one deserves 11 out of 10.
